Question 1

Do I need a new phone number?

Accepted Answer

No. Susan connects to your existing WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works. Your number stays yours, and you can disconnect at any time.

Question 2

What happens when Susan doesn't know an answer?

Accepted Answer

It says so. Susan only states facts from the knowledge you’ve given it, your chat, your website, your documents. If something isn’t there, it tells the customer it will check with the team and flags it to you. It never invents prices, discounts or promises.

Question 3

Can I jump into a conversation myself?

Accepted Answer

Always. Take over any thread from the dashboard and Susan steps back immediately. When a conversation needs you, an upset customer, a big job, someone asking for "a real person", Susan hands over on its own and WhatsApps you the context.

Question 4

How does Susan learn my business?

Accepted Answer

Three ways: chat with it like a new hire (it remembers everything you tell it), share your website (it deep-reads every page), or send documents like price lists and menus (it extracts and memorises them). You can audit and correct its memory anytime.

Question 5

Is my business data kept private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every business gets a fully isolated knowledge base and conversation history, enforced at the database level. Your credentials are encrypted at rest, and your data is never used to answer for anyone else’s business.

Question 6

What if I don't trust it to reply on its own yet?

Accepted Answer

Start in draft mode: Susan prepares every reply and waits for your one-tap approval. Once you’ve seen enough good answers, flip it to full auto, most owners do within the first week.

Question 7

How much does Susan cost?

Accepted Answer

7 giorni gratis, poi $50 al mese. WhatsApp lead handling, calendar booking, business memory, owner alerts, and the dashboard are included. No charge during the trial.

Question 8

Which businesses is Susan built for?

Accepted Answer

Any small business that lives on its phone: salons, plumbers, clinics, gyms, bakeries, cleaners, tutors, florists, repair shops and more. If your leads message you on WhatsApp, Susan can run your front desk.

Question 9

Can Susan book appointments on my calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect your Google Calendar and Susan checks your real availability, books the appointment straight onto it, and reschedules or cancels when the customer's plans change, no double-bookings, no manual copying from WhatsApp into your diary.

Question 10

Does Susan run my ads or post on social media?

Accepted Answer

Social media: yes. Connect your Instagram or Facebook and Susan builds your strategy, researches what's working in your industry right now, recommends ready-to-post content, publishes with your approval (never without it), and reports how each post performed. Ads are next on the roadmap, built with the same standard: real capabilities with enforced boundaries, not a bolt-on gimmick.
