1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Susan, an AI business manager operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us", "our") and available at hiresusan.co.uk and over WhatsApp. By using Susan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Susan helps you run your business — answering customer messages, managing your calendar, reading and sending email you connect, producing marketing content, and carrying out related tasks you ask of it. Susan acts on your instructions and on your behalf. Features depend on the integrations you choose to connect and on your plan.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to use Susan, and you must use it for a legitimate business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of the WhatsApp number and accounts you connect, and for all activity under your account.
4. Connected accounts and third-party services
When you connect a third-party account (such as Google/Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, or a social account), you authorise Susan to access and act on it as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the features you request. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Susan to:
- break the law, or send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your business;
- violate the terms or acceptable-use policies of any connected platform (for example WhatsApp/Meta or Google); or
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
6. AI-generated content
Susan uses AI and can make mistakes. Drafts, replies, bookings and content Susan produces are suggestions and actions taken on your behalf; you are responsible for reviewing them and for the messages sent and commitments made from your business. Susan is not a substitute for professional (legal, financial, medical or other) advice.
7. Fees and billing
Paid features are billed as described at sign-up (for example, usage-based pricing for the time Susan works). Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are charged in accordance with your plan and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Susan software and brand. You own your business data and the content you provide, and, as between you and us, the outputs Susan generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your data to operate the service.
9. Disclaimers
Susan is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Susan and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the connected platforms. On termination we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date below and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and contact
