WhatsApp Business
Let Susan answer customer WhatsApp messages and book appointments. Susan already connects WhatsApp through Twilio, Meta Cloud API or WaSender and handles inbound leads, follow-ups and owner handoff. Zernio also offers WhatsApp Cloud API messaging, but Susan is not connected to that Zernio inbox.
iMessage
Consider another way for customers to reach your business. A Zernio number and new Susan message routing would be required; this is not an active Susan channel.
Voice Calls
Plan inbound call routing alongside your messaging channels. A voice agent and call webhook integration would be needed before Susan can handle calls.
